Printing Strategy

Now that I have a lot of data in Lydaris, I wondering what is the recommended strategy for printing the different worksheet views of it in a polished way. Here's a couple questions:
1) When I print, I get exactly what I see on screen, including all the UI widgets and grouping controls (like "All Account Items"). These are useful when working on the worksheet but I don't want to show them when I print. Is there a way to turn these off just for printing?
2) When the column headers are calendar items, you can get stacking header items in the print. Mine, for example, print with "Revenue->Month Year Total Series->2009->Months". Is there any control over how the column labels print?

As you have seen the worksheet prints as it looks on screen.
There are some things that are hidden automatically like the selection.
You can hide some widgets that exist in the headers from the visual filters dialog (the gear button) in the worksheet toolbar.
Unfortunately you cannot hide whole headers. This is planned for the distant future. For now you can create a copy of the worksheet by control-drag the worksheet tab into a free space in the worksheets tab and strip down the cloned worksheet.
You can "break" some visual groups using the break command from the context menu. In most cases it will remove the grouping header and just leave the child headers (does not work for dimension groups).
The data in the cloned sheet will be synchronized with the original so you can use the first for editing and the second for printing.
