This might happen if you have some other application that is monitoring the windows clipboard. We have experienced this problem when some download managers are running on the system. Please test this solution and please post back the result.

Posts: 38 		I get this crash also and have no download running. If you look to crash logs on Tuesday (9/15) you'll see a bunch of reports that I sent over...hope this helps.

Posts: 38 		I'm usually running just Excel and maybe Firefox. It's on XP (latest service pack) running inside a Parallels 4.0 virtual machine (just to make it really messy).

Posts: 47 		We isolated the problem and in your case it is because of virtual machine. We have found a solution so the problem will be fixed in the next version. Thank you for a valuable input.
