What if I want to show only the green checkmarks and not the X’s?
Select the column or columns you want to change.
Click on the pencil icon and the Boolean Format Properties box will open.
If you do not want to show anything within the Boolean format select Custom Text… and leave blank.
Below you can see all of the X’s are now gone and the cells that use to be occupied by X’s are now blank.
